Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Sắp Tết app, you agree to these terms and the applicable terms of the store from which you obtained the app. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

Sắp Tết provides features such as a Tết countdown, lunar and solar calendars, content, and tools for the Tết holiday. Some features may require an internet connection, display advertising, or only be available with a paid plan.

Calendar, holiday, and other app content is provided for general information. You should independently verify it before relying on it for important decisions.

3. License and prohibited conduct

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for personal purposes, subject to Apple's Standard EULA and applicable law.

You may not interfere with the app, bypass security measures, access the service without authorization, use it unlawfully, or infringe the rights of others.

4. Auto-renewing subscriptions

• The plan name, duration, benefits, price, and any trial period are displayed on the purchase screen before you confirm.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when the purchase is confirmed.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can view, change, or cancel your plan in Apple subscription management.

Apple processes payments, cancellations, and refunds under its policies. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

5. Intellectual property

The app, design, trademarks, software, and content supplied by TLife are owned by TLife or the relevant licensors. These terms do not transfer intellectual property ownership to you.

6. Third-party services and links

The app may use or link to services provided by Apple and other third parties. Their separate terms and policies govern those services. TLife does not control third-party content or availability.

7. Privacy

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue part of the service when needed for maintenance, security, or product improvement. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided as is. TLife is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

10. Termination

Your right to use the app may end if you violate these terms. Provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, and any terms that by their nature should survive will remain effective after termination.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest update date appears at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after revised terms take effect means you accept the changes.
