Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 14, 2026

This is a general privacy policy for mobile applications published by TLife (Thanh Nguyen) on Google Play and/or the Apple App Store. The store listing name is the official name of each app. If an app links to its own policy in the store, that policy prevails where it explicitly differs.

TLife (Thanh Nguyen) offers apps as free services and/or with optional paid features, depending on the app. This page explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our applications.

By continuing to use an app, you agree to this policy. Any personal information is used to operate and improve the service and for the purposes described below.

Information collection and use

To improve the experience, we may ask for certain information. Most data you enter in an app is processed on your device and is not sent to our servers unless a specific feature clearly states otherwise (for example sync or backup).

Apps may rely on third-party services (such as ads, analytics, or the app stores) that may collect information under their own policies.

Privacy policies of third parties (reference):

Paid plans, subscriptions, and in-app purchases

Depending on the app, there may be a free tier, one-time purchases, and/or auto-renewing subscriptions. Prices, trial periods, and plan names are shown at purchase time on Google Play or the App Store and may vary by region.

Plan (illustrative) Typical scope
Free Core features; may include ads or limits as described in the store listing.
Premium / subscription Unlocks advanced features and ad-free use (where applicable) while the subscription is active.
In-app purchase (non-subscription) One-time unlocks or packs according to the store listing.

Billing and renewal: Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Subscriptions may renew automatically until you cancel in the relevant store account settings.

Refunds: Subject to Apple / Google policies; the payment platform makes the final decision.

Log data

If the app crashes, technical data may be collected through third-party crash reporting (for example device type, OS version, time of the event) to diagnose issues and improve stability.

Cookies and similar technologies

Third-party SDKs or libraries (especially in advertising flows or embedded web content) may use cookies or similar identifiers. You can adjust privacy settings on your device or in your Google/Apple account as described by each platform.

Service providers

We may work with third parties to:

  • Operate and host infrastructure;
  • Provide analytics, statistics, or crash reporting;
  • Deliver ads or validate in-app purchases.

These parties may only access information needed to perform their work and are expected to protect it appropriately.

Analytics

We may use aggregated analytics (not aimed at identifying individuals) to understand how features are used and to improve products. Depending on the SDK, data may be processed on servers in other countries under the provider’s terms.

Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If we learn that we have collected children’s information inappropriately, we will take steps to delete it as allowed by the platform and applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The new effective date will appear at the top of this page, or we may notify you via the store listing when appropriate.
